Service Agreement

All coaching and training sessions are non-refundable if cancelled less than 24 hours prior. Group workshops require minimum 5 participants; cancellation with 7 days notice receives 50% refund. Intellectual property (worksheets, templates) remains our copyright; license granted for individual use only.

Payment Terms

• Invoiced within 5 days of service; net 15 for corporate accounts.
• Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest or maximum allowed by law.
• All prices in USD, exclusive of applicable taxes.

Liability Limitations

We disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability limited to fees paid for the specific session. Clients acknowledge productivity improvements depend on individual effort and external factors.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with AAA rules. Venue: Delaware, USA.

Modifications

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
